Hey Chuck, The name's Richard, and I just wanted to post a hear-felt thank you for what you have done and been for me in my life. Your Old CD's "Show Your Best Plan" and "The System is That Good" were my first exposure to a Leadership Development System and I've nearly worn them out from listening to them. You have long been one of my favorite speaker's and your talks and blog post have been mentoring me for several years now. I very much look forward to meeting you in person as I get to Round Table and Policy Council with the TEAM.
