Hi Chuck. Thank you for the primer on how to think about failure or how we should look at failure in order to learn the lessons it produces. As a coach of 7 and 8th grade boys in football in New England - I see this time and time again. Somewhere somehow they were taught that any time they try something and don't do it perfectly the first time; they are failures. You can see it in their eyes. They hang their heads. They are timid and cautious the next time they try. I will use the principles of this article to create an atmosphere where a young man can fail, but not be a failure. Thank you for all you do. Keep pressing on. I'm a big fan of yours living in Vermont!
