Chuck: Wow! What a great article that stemmed from your survey. This one sentence is so powerful. I believe if you start the process of focusing on doing what you are passionate about, doors will open and the details will be covered. I love that, as I too believe that passion for what you do is key. Without that, I think you can get by, do a good job, but with the passion, you can be great.
